7 yrs ago, When you decided that you wanted to pursue me, i was in an existential crisis, i was lost, broken, unfulfilled and was at the brink of giving up my hopes for finding passion (career wise) and love.
But despite all this, you saw me. you helped me see that puzzles need not be fixed to see a beauty of each puzzle piece. and that missing spaces don’t need to be empty…i can just make another piece and make the entire picture even better.
Thank you for giving me the freedom to find myself and making me realize that i don’t have to do it alone with you there to support me and be my #1 cheerleader.
Today infront of everyone we love and cherish, I vow to always love you even in your darkest of days (literally and figuratively).
I will keep waking you up on nights when you have to study even if i know it’s a lost cause. I will continue to be your personal travel agent (for free) and plan our surfing, trekking, diving and all kinds of adventures together.
You’ve always told me that love is a choice…When we fight and when thoughts of breaking up would enter my head… i always end up choosing to stay with you..because you are worth it. Who you are to me and who we are together is greater than your flaws and our misunderstandings..so now i also vow to always choose you Patrick John Eleazar, always and in all ways.
